Web 3 Builder Deeper Network Launches Developer Hub For Programmers

Santa Clara — 16 December 2021 — Web 3 infrastructure builder Deeper Network launches new developer hub for Substrate coders and teases new Web 3.0 applications

Web 3 Builder Deeper Network Launches Developer Hub For Programmers

Last week’s congressional hearings yielded well-received explanations by crypto industry leaders like Brian Brooks on the coming transition from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0 that went viral across social media.

After remarkable growth for the digital assets sector in the last 2 years, 2022 is set to pivot it into a new direction, heralding in a new era for Web3, the coming fully decentralized, blockchain-powered Internet, on which future social networks and the much-touted metaverse and GameFi creator economies will almost certainly live. This surge in interest bodes well for Web3-creating projects, who have seen an uptick in interest and are accelerating their efforts in response.

Deeper Network, an ambitious fully decentralized gateway and infrastructure builder for Web 3.0, has just announced the launch of its new DeeperChain Developer Hub. Deeper Network is an official member of the Substrate Builders Program, and in January this year won a Web3 Foundation grant.

Its knowledge center will aid developers in building on Web3 framework Substrate, the flexible and easy-to-build- blockchain framework developed by Parity Technologies, which is helmed by Gavin Wood, the influential Polkadot and Web 3 founder and Ethereum co-founder.

Developer Hub to accelerate Web 3 development and progress

Deeper’s developer hub features custom channels and documentation to help programmers and technical contributors build on the network and also provide support in terms of troubleshooting potential bugs and new features.

It will help onboard new developers to build on the Web 3 Foundation’s official framework, Substrate, and use Substrate Node, SubstrateFRAME or Substrate Core for different purposes, such as creating Substrate chains, building a private network building decentralized apps (dApps) or using languages and tools like Rust and WebAssembly to build with Substrate.

Deeper teases other plans for 2022

The developer hub launch comes on the back of other announcements for December, such as giveaways, contests and a major upcoming new upgrade for Deeper Chain, their decentralized public blockchain which has drawn praise for its high security, high efficiency, and micro-energy consumption.

Deeper Network has also teased the release of d-Ads, its Web 3 Dapp that will help users to not only block ads from third-parties, but to replace them with ads from other network members and get rewarded for this through the network’s native asset $DPR.

Deeper Chain enables users who contribute bandwidth through the company’s range of low-energy retail decentralized VPN (DPN) devices and thereby secures and scales it to “mine” $DPR as incentive.

The Silicon Valley-based project is also currently running a hugely successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for its latest Pico model, and has already received $1.6 million in pledges, 16 times its initial goal of $100,000.

Incidentally Kickstarter last week announced that it will also go the decentralized public blockchain route, a move that is long overdue considering how crowdsourcing has evolved in tandem with the digital assets space.
