By using CryptoSlate Alpha and the CryptoSlate Website, you acknowledge that you are using the native ACS token solely to unlock access to premium content and data on the CryptoSlate website. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless CryptoSlate and its Related Parties against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by CryptoSlate arising out of the use of this or the Access Protocol platform.
By staking in the CryptoSlate Access Pool, users will receive access to CryptoSlate Alpha and earn staking rewards from Access Protocol.
CryptoSlate received a grant from Access Labs Inc. for 100,000,000 ACS in exchange for our participation and support. This grant vests over 4 years starting in Feb. 2023, in which 37.5% is available in Q2 2024, with the remaining amount vesting on a block-by-block basis in a pro rata manner, for the remaining vesting period.
CryptoSlate also earns income from claiming ACS token rewards from the CryptoSlate Access Pool. As part of CryptoSlate’s promotional partnership with Access Protocol, Access Labs Inc. committed to a “goodwill stake” which allows CryptoSlate to earn enhanced rewards from the staking pool.
We may also display advertisements or promotions related to the ACS token on the CryptoSlate website. These advertisements are always clearly marked as advertisements, and we have done our best to provide as many direct links to this page in order to be as fully transparent as we can, without hindering the experience of the CryptoSlate website.
We want to emphasize that we believe the ACS token has utility as a means of unlocking premium content and data on the CryptoSlate website. However, whether the ACS token is a security is based on a complex legal analysis considering various factors beyond our promotional activities. As always, users must research and make informed decisions about participating in the Access Protocol ecosystem.
