About Glitch

Glitch is a fast DPOS blockchain that is purpose built for finance and comes with associated dApps and specific tools for DeFi.

One of the GLITCH protocol's core elements will be the GLITCH DEX. The GEX is a permissionless, peer-to-peer engine that enables users to trade assets quickly, cheaply, and securely — bringing unprecedented speed and low transaction costs.

The GEX will deploy widely-used Ethereum assets (ERC20) and make them accessible via the GEX with sub-second transaction finality at a fraction of the current cost on ETH based DEXes. The GEX focuses on real-time settlement and runs on the lightning-fast delegated proof of stake consensus on the GLITCH blockchain. It uses the same automated market-making (AMM) model as Uniswap, Sushiswap, and co. It has profit-sharing, inclusivity, and community stakeholder features built into its nucleus.
