iOC was fair-launched via POW X11 on July 24th, 2014. iOC switched its algorithm to POS I/O on August 2, 2014. iOC is a privacy-based cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem project. The iOC Blockchain enables Private and Public identities, Stealth Addresses, AES 256 Encrypted 1MB arbitrary data (upload, transfer via private users) capabilities, along with AES 256 Encrypted Instant Messaging. The iOC blockchain has an increased capacity of up to 4MB blocks with up to 16-second confirmation times, along with the team’s proprietary POS Cipher, and shuffle staking features. It aims to ensure that even low-weighted users will always see a reward for the work.
