BlockDown 3.0 is gearing up for yet another stunning event with the virtual conference series announcing a host of big-name speakers that will join guests at the Halloween special event.

Alongside several high profile chats, BlockDown attendees are in for an impressive Halloween treat, with a bonanza of top names in the industry set to sit down to discuss their latest thoughts on the direction of the industry:

BlockDown, which has hosted several high profile debates in the previous two editions, welcomes Ryan Selkis, Co-Founder & CEO of Messari, who will face off with Kain Warwick, Founder of Synthetix, to debate the bull and bear cases of DeFi.

Akoin supporters will be thrilled to learn that Grammy-nominated music artist Akon is back for his customary BlockDown appearance in which he will be breaking exclusive news.

And in an exciting first for BlockDown, attendees will be able to claim exclusive limited-edition NFTs at the event to celebrate the most exclusive segments of the conference. With the use of a smartphone, attendees will have to be quick to claim as only a limited number of each NFT will be available.

BlockDown 3.0 will feature a Halloween theme throughout, with plenty of treats along the way during the two-day virtual event, which is free to attend online. BlockDown guests will be able to join the Q and A of their favourite speakers when watching on Theta.TV exclusively.ย

BlockDownโ€™s first two virtual events attracted a global audience of more than 10,000 people and another strong turnout is expected for this dazzling line-up of guests.

Organizers EAK Digital have lined up media representatives from some of the blockchain, business and fintech worldโ€™s best-known publications, including Bloomberg and Forbes, to help moderate and participate in debates, with the whole event being live-streamed to leading crypto news sites, including: CryptoSlate, NewsBTC, Bitcoinist, CriptoNoticias, THETA.tv and Cryptonews.

Erhan Korhaliller, Founder & CEO, of leading global Blockchain PR agency EAK Digital, launched BlockDown Conference in April after the event EAK was currently organizing, Istanbul Blockchain Week, had to be postponed due to Covid19.

โ€œBlockDown Conference evolved out of our passion for the blockchain industry during a dark time for the world. The EAK Digital team have dedicated our efforts on making an entertaining conference that can brighten the lives of attendees, including our own, during this difficult period.โ€œ

He added: โ€œFrom the creation of the first major conference with a 3D world back in April, unique content like Mastermind Sessions, Debates and exclusive RoundTables to launching limited edition NFTโ€™s, BlockDown has allowed us to quench our thirst for creative innovation.”

โ€œOur aim for BlockDown Conference is first and foremost to entertain, and to have fun whilst taking in the best Blockchain-related content from the brightest minds of the industry. We are excited to open our doors again this Halloween and welcome the blockchain community for our first Halloween special event.โ€

Previous editions of BlockDown have attracted top reviews from some of the biggest names in the industry with Akon, Erik Voorhees, Roger Ver and Nicholas Merten from Datadash all providing glowing feedback.

BlockDownโ€™s next edition will be held on October 22-23. To find out more, head to www.blockdownconf.com to sign up and register, join the BlockDown telegram or email [email protected].
