The cryptocurrency market cap saw net outflows of $15.1 billion over the last 24 hours and currently stands at $781.5 billion, down 1.9% over the reporting period.

Bitcoin’s market cap fell 2% to $302.5 billion from $308.8 billion, Ethereum’s fell 3.3% to $132.6 billion from $137.1 billion.

The majority of the top 10 cryptocurrencies sold off over the reporting period, with Shiba Inu posting the biggest losses at 3.6%. However, XRP and MATIC bucked the trend posting 3.2% and 3% gains.

Over the reporting period, the market caps of Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), and BinanceUSD (BUSD) all saw minor decreases to $65.4 billion, $44 billion and $22.8 billion, respectively.

Bitcoin

In the last 24 hours, Bitcoin is down 2.1% to trade at $15,733 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance fell slightly to 38.7% from 38.8% over the reporting period.

The leading cryptocurrency has been trending down since Monday. The $16,000 price level was breached briefly on Nov. 21 but failed to sustain. The downtrend found support at $15,470 at 17:00 (ET).

Ethereum

ETH decreased by 3.5% over the last 24 hours to trade at $1,085 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance fell to 17.0% from 17.3% over the reporting period.

Price action for Ethereum largely mirrored Bitcoin. A local bottom of $1,075 was found at around 03:00 (ET) today.

Top 5 Gainers

NEST Protocol

NEST is the day’s biggest gainer, growing by 33.1% as of press time to $0.02641. It is unclear why the token spiked. The token is up 50.5% over the past month. Its market cap stood at $76.9 million.

Mdex

MDX is up 18.5% over the reporting period to $0.08799. The AMM DEX platform has been on a losing streak of late, down 52.2% over the past month. Its market cap stood at $82.2 million.

Voyager Token

VGX increased by 16.5% over the last 24 hours to $0.36907 as of press time. Binance has expressed interest in acquiring the bankrupt platform. Its market cap stood at $102.78 million.
