Trading Activity price-reliability indicator with 100 percent data coverage. Low activity replaces price-derived sentiment because the displayed market price may not be supported by meaningful trading.Target

Price-based current market conditions indicator with 100 percent data coverage. This is not a price forecast.$668,209,375.13 traded over the last 24 hours. The available activity evidence is sufficient to retain the asset’s price-derived signal.
Low activity can make the displayed price sensitive to a handful of trades. Trading Activity assesses price reliability—not project development, legal status, reserves, or solvency.
Price movement Not interpreted while trading support is below the reliability threshold.
What it measures
The model combines reported 24-hour volume, market-cap turnover, valid-pair liquidity, active exchange breadth, and quote freshness. Missing optional evidence lowers coverage; missing volume or a known-stale quote suppresses price-derived interpretation.
Configured model weights
When inputs are missing, these configured weights are renormalized across the available evidence; data coverage records what is missing.
How to read it
Scores of 0–19 are dormant, 20–39 are thin, 40–69 are supported, and 70–100 are active. Scores below 40 withhold price-derived interpretation.
Logarithmic historical position weighs on it, while Price momentum across the scored timeframes supports the reading. Together these inputs produce a price-neutral reading rather than a price forecast.
A complete ATL and ATH range is not available for this asset.
What it measures
The model converts price momentum, logarithmic historical position, milestone recency, and short-term volume confirmation into one 0–100 score. Missing evidence lowers data coverage instead of counting as neutral.
Configured model weights
When inputs are missing, these configured weights are renormalized across the available evidence; data coverage records what is missing.
How to read it
50 is the neutral midpoint. Scores of 60 or higher are bullish, 40 or lower are bearish, and 41–59 are neutral.

Retail investors gain VC-like power with Surge fueling AI asset launches on Sui, accelerating crypto-based trust and transparency.

The shares fell over 15% within 30 minutes after the July 3 opening and one hour after the announcement, although no direct link apparent.

The amount was frozen by Sui validators following the May 22 hack, locking most of the tokens stolen in the attack.

Sui is a Layer 1 blockchain built for high-throughput applications, low-latency user experiences, and digital asset ownership at scale. Its native token, SUI, is used to pay network fees, secure the chain through staking, and support activity across decentralized applications built on the network. In the broader crypto market, Sui has positioned itself as a smart contract platform focused on performance, consumer-facing apps, and a distinct technical model centered on onchain objects rather than traditional account-based design.
Sui was developed by Mysten Labs and launched in 2023. The project is closely associated with former Meta engineers who previously worked on the Diem effort and related infrastructure. From the start, Sui was framed as a network designed to improve user experience in areas such as gaming, trading, payments, and tokenized assets, where speed and execution efficiency matter more than simple store-of-value use cases.
The native token SUI plays several roles in the ecosystem. It is used for gas fees, can be staked to validators in the network’s proof-of-stake system, and serves as a liquid asset across Sui-based applications.
Mysten Labs emerged as one of the more prominent teams formed by alumni of Meta’s abandoned digital asset initiative. While several crypto projects can trace roots to that talent pool, Sui took a separate path by building a new Layer 1 designed around scalability and programmable asset ownership. The Sui Foundation was established to help steward ecosystem development, while Mysten Labs remained the core commercial entity behind much of the early engineering work.
Sui’s mainnet launch in May 2023 put it into direct competition with other high-performance smart contract chains, including Solana, Aptos, and Ethereum-adjacent scaling ecosystems. Since launch, its progress has been measured not only by token price and exchange support, but also by developer activity, wallet adoption, DeFi growth, and the emergence of consumer-facing apps.
Sui’s main technical distinction is its object-centric data model. Instead of treating all state changes in the same way, the network represents assets and data as objects that can be owned, shared, or transferred. That design allows many transactions to be processed in parallel when they do not conflict, which is one of the reasons Sui is often described as a performance-oriented blockchain.
The network also uses the Move programming language, a smart contract language originally developed in the Diem ecosystem and adapted for Sui’s design. Move is intended to improve safety around digital asset handling and resource management. In practical terms, Sui’s architecture is meant to support applications that require frequent updates, fast execution, and a more interactive user experience than older chains were built to deliver.
Sui’s market position is tied to a simple thesis, that a blockchain designed for speed and asset-centric interactions can attract developers building products for a broader audience. That makes it different from chains that mainly compete on DeFi liquidity or ideological decentralization narratives alone. Sui has instead emphasized performance, onboarding, and app design, especially in categories where blockchain usage needs to feel closer to mainstream software.
The ecosystem has expanded into wallets, DeFi protocols, infrastructure services, and consumer applications. CryptoSlate also tracks the broader chain ecosystem through its Sui blockchain directory page, which provides additional context around assets and activity tied to the network.
Sui operates in one of the most crowded sectors in crypto. High-performance Layer 1 networks frequently make similar claims around throughput, developer growth, and user experience, which means long-term differentiation depends on real adoption rather than architecture alone. Sui must continue converting technical design advantages into sustained activity, liquidity, and application usage.
There is also typical platform risk. Early-stage ecosystems can become concentrated around a small number of teams, applications, or infrastructure providers. For market participants, Sui is best understood as a technically distinct Layer 1 with credible engineering roots, but one whose long-term relevance still depends on execution, ecosystem depth, and its ability to attract durable demand beyond short-term speculation.
