This party season, Ibiza is turning into an NFT island
Ibiza's leading night clubs partner with an NFT collective to offer unprecedented utility to its users.
NFT collective Party Degenerates has partnered with The Night League to provide their token holders with unprecedented access to some of the most popular nightclubs in Ibiza.
The Night League, a nightlife and entertainment company, will offer access to its nightclubs, exclusive venues, exhibitions, shows, and parties in a bid to bring more utility to the Party Degenerates community.
NFTs enable Ibiza’s longest party season ever
In a press release shared with CryptoSlate, Party Degenerates said that its partnership with The Night League will create the longest party season Ibiza has seen, with dozens of events scattered throughout the summer.
Starting on May 7th, Party Degenerates members will have unlimited access to all events throughout the season at Ushuaïa Ibiza and Hï Ibiza, voted as two of the world’s best nightclubs.
The partnership will also be welcoming Ibiza’s 20,000 daily visitors with digital art displays at the island’s airport with what the companies described as an “artistic and otherworldly extravaganza,” until the end of the season on October 3rd.
“NFTs can be more than art. They can have real power to connect people digitally and in real life, and we want token holders to experience those meaningful connections, as well as be immersed in the art from the moment they land in Ibiza,” Raluca Cherciu, the CEO of Party Degenerates, told CryptoSlate.
Yann Pissenem, the CEO and founder of The Night League, said that moving into the NFT space was a natural progression for the company and its brands.
“Partnering with Party Degenerates is a great fit. Their concept, and ethos perfectly aligns with both Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza, and I’m really excited to see how this will develop.”
Since the first drop in October 2021, Party Degenerates token holders have had special access to events with leading artists and DJs, including Tiesto, Diplo, Dillon Francis, Damian Lazarus, Jauz, me b2b Dixon, Guy Gerber, Anfisa Letyago, and more.
This summer, this list will expand to include other major artists that will perform at The Night League’s clubs, including Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, and others.
The open-air Ushuaïa Ibiza club will host a series of special shows including Duran Duran, Hardwell, and Nicky Jam. Its futuristic sister club Hï Ibiza will feature several high-profile residences this summer, including Afterlife, Black Coffee, FISHER, FUTURE RAVE, and The Martinez Brothers, while Latin music stars J Balvin and Anuel AA will perform at several events.
