Dorian Nakamoto

Rumored creator at Bitcoin

Dorian Nakamoto Bio

Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto is an out-of-work Japanese-American physicist living in California who denied all connection to Bitcoin’s development. He was believed to be Satoshi Nakamoto, the person who  developed and authored the white paper titled “Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System” but constantly denying  any involvement with it. This assumption arose as a result of a Newsweek article by Leah McGrath Goodman stating that Dorian is the real Satoshi Nakamoto. Dorian then refuted all charges, claiming that he had never heard of Bitcoin before that point in his interview and that his response to Goodman’s inquiry was a misunderstanding.

Nakamoto has worked as a systems engineer on top-secret government programs and as a computer engineer for businesses providing technology and financial information services. According to his daughter, Nakamoto went libertarian after experiencing two layoffs in the early 1990s.

The true identity of the creator of Bitcoin remains unknown.
