The company Uplandme, Inc was established in 2018 by serial entrepreneurs Dirk Lueth, Mani Honigstein, and Idan Zuckerman, and has its offices in Silicon Valley. The R&D center is in Ukraine, while additional team members are spread out across Europe and the US.

Built at the nexus of the physical and digital worlds, Upland allows you the ability to purchase, sell, and trade virtual properties based on actual addresses, precisely like the one you now reside at… but in the digital one. The real-world properties that correspond to the digital properties you acquire in Upland don’t have any rights or associations with them, but the addresses do. The UPX (pronounced “UP-EX”) in-game money powers Upland’s economy.
