Matrix AI Network was founded in 2016 by a team of young professionals who are ambitious and resilient in the face of challenges. Rather than merely dreaming, the team actively engages in designing and building with persistence, distinguishing themselves from many others. While they acknowledge that they are not perfect, they are committed to continuous improvement.

The Matrix 1.0 blockchain platform represents the first AI-optimized blockchain, addressing four significant concerns in the blockchain space: low transaction speeds, security vulnerabilities, complexity of use, and inefficient resource management. This public blockchain platform is designed to be both functional and reliable.

Matrix 2.0 aims to create a blockchain-based AI economy that leverages data, computing power, and AI models. The goal is to develop a self-evolving AI platform that offers aggregated processing power, secure data management, transparent data sharing, and access to an expanding array of on-chain AI data, models, and applications.

Currently, Matrix is in its 3.0 phase, which integrates neuroscience with AI and blockchain technology. This approach is rare in the blockchain sector, with the closest comparison being Elon Musk’s Neuralink. The platform utilizes EEG (electroencephalography) signals for Avatar Intelligence (AvI), which aspires to realize scenarios depicted in the Matrix films, such as uploading a human brain to the internet or creating a digital replica of a user’s brain online. This innovation envisions that every individual will possess a digital avatar in the Metaverse, capable of performing various tasks under the user’s authorization. The development process encompasses four phases, and they are currently progressing through the first phase.
