SBCC is distinguished from existing administrative apps or commerce apps for local residents in that it has adopted a token economy allowing a virtuous cycle of production and consumption, gamification that encourages more use of the app with the X to Earn model, and DAO that is transparent and democratize decision making organization. It is a blockchain infrastructure project for smart city life in the Web 3.0 era.
