Fees Associated with ETHV

ETHV will launch with zero fees through July 22, 2025, or until the fund reaches $1.5 billion in assets under management (AUM). If the fund’s assets exceed $1.5 billion before July 22, 2025, the sponsor fee charged on assets over $1.5 billion will be 0.20%. After July 22, 2025, the sponsor fee will be 0.20% for all assets. Brokerage fees and commissions may still apply, and investors should check with their brokers for additional information.
