About You
As a successful candidate, you should be well-versed in the dynamics and issues shaping the digital assets landscape.
You should be able to write original articles and find stories from various sources, including news releases, regulatory/legal filings, company documents, and research reports. You should also be able to add context as needed by reaching out to companies and people for comments or interviews. Other sources we use for context include investor calls, our proprietary data or comments from influential personalities in the space on social media.
The content produced by you needs to adhere to strict journalistic standards, ethics, and style, should be free from bias, and have proper sourcing and attribution. It should also be easy to understand and digestible for all readers.
* Candidates must pass a timed writing test before interviews with editors.

Your Responsibilities:
- Writing English-language breaking news and features
- Identifying and producing context-driven analytical pieces to highlight key developments and trends
- Leveraging data and other sources to deliver valuable insight to readers
- Reaching out to companies/projects/people via multiple channels for comments/interview
- Collaboration with editors and reporters, and other team members
- Working well under pressure and on strict deadlines
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, finance, journalism, or related fields
- Fluency and command of the English language
- Preferred qualifications include professional experience in English content writing, ideally in journalism
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to deliver sharp, concise content on strict deadlines
- Knowledge of journalistic best practices and style
- Knowledge of the digital assets market and trends
- Organized, adaptable, and self-sufficient in a remote work environment
- Knows how to make complex topics seem simple
- Craves feedback and knows how to evaluate and incorporate it into their work and processes
- Good at managing their schedule (You will have to switch between multiple tasks daily)
- Ability to collaborate and ensure a supportive environment for your fellow team members
- A desire to learn and share knowledge clearly, concisely, and transparently.
