Jason Fox, commonly known as “Foxy,” is a multifaceted individual—a former UK Special Forces soldier, a Royal Marine Commando, a television personality, and an adventurer. He gained mainstream attention as the longest-serving directing staff on the Channel 4 series “SAS: Who Dares Wins” and as the host of “Meet the Drug Lords: Inside the Real Narcos.”

Military Background

Jason Fox embarked on his military career in 1992 when he joined the Royal Marines Commandos at the young age of 16. In 2001, he transitioned to the elite Special Boat Service, eventually rising to the rank of Sergeant. After two decades of service, Fox received a medical discharge on April 5, 2012, due to a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Television Career

Fox is an original presenter and directing staff member on the reality television program “SAS: Who Dares Wins,” where participants undergo rigorous training modeled after the special forces selection process. The show, first broadcast in 2015, aired its fifth season in February 2020. Fox also appeared in the show’s celebrity version, which premiered in 2019.

Since leaving the military, Fox has been an advocate for mental health, co-founding Rock to Recovery to support returning servicemen, veterans, and their families. He has also taken part in several record-setting adventures, such as rowing across the Atlantic Ocean and embarking on a North Pole expedition for charity.

In the corporate world, Fox co-founded a team-building and training company with his “SAS: Who Dares Wins” co-star, Ollie Ollerton. The duo later launched Battle Ready 360, a fitness and well-being app.
