Prop-firm fees are at risk, most participants do not reach a payout, and simulated funding does not necessarily represent live firm capital. This review is informational, not financial advice.

For Traders Discount Code
SUMMER2026 takes 25% off the catalog, and the firm’s own pages already show prices with it applied. Separately, a standing promotion cuts the Pay After Pass entry fee from $29 to $9, which is not the same offer and does not need the code. NEWINSTANT and NEWPRO each cut 50%, double the sitewide code, but only on the Forex Instant line and Futures Fast Pro, and one code per order means they never stack. On the cheapest entry, Strike Forex $6K, SUMMER2026 brings $23 down to $17. All three codes were live on 2026-08-14. CryptoSlate scores this firm on list pricing, so no code moves the 6.3.
How For Traders Works
The whole catalog sells through a single configurator screen. Traders pick forex, crypto or futures, choose one of 13 programs and a size from $3,000 to $100,000, and pay once.
One-phase prop firm programs set a single profit target and hand over a Master Account on passing. Classic splits that into 8% then 5%. Strike runs 4%, 4% and 6% across three phases and is the only product with a deadline. Its plan rows on /our-rules and the Help Center both set that deadline at 60 days per phase, and on /our-rules the sentence printed directly under each of those rows says there is no deadline to complete the challenge. Instant funding programs skip evaluation and start funded, and the rules price that shortcut: Forex Instant costs $138 at the $6,000 size against $49 for Fast, the split opens at 70% instead of 80%, drawdown tightens to 5% trailing, 3% of the balance locks up as a withdrawal buffer, and a 15% consistency limit applies.
The funded path is documented step by step. Challenge Passed, KYC through Veriff, a manual internal review of up to 48 business hours that may include a verification call, a contract emailed within a further 24 business hours, then signature and the Master Account. On Instant products that sequence runs at the first reward request instead. The Master Account agreement itself is published nowhere: absent from the site and from the Help Center. Clause 13.4 of the Terms names it as a separate agreement and hands it the whole funded stage, so every funded rule below is sourced to the rulebook and Help Center.

The three futures programs use dollar limits where forex and crypto use percentages and their limits move with the account tier, so those numbers sit in the pricing tables below.
For Traders Rules and Restrictions
The Drawdown Explained
Three types are in use. Static, labeled STANDARD in the firm’s own catalog, measures from the initial balance and never moves. Intraday trailing measures from the highest balance ever recorded, end-of-day trailing from the highest end-of-day balance. Ten of the 13 programs trail.
Trailing costs more than the headline number suggests, because the dollar allowance recalculates along with the floor. The firm’s own example: a $100,000 Fast account opens with its floor at $94,000. The balance touches $103,000, the allowance becomes 6% of $103,000, or $6,180, and the floor climbs to $96,820 — up $2,820 on profit nobody has withdrawn. Trailing stops at breakeven, so a $108,000 high works out to $101,520 and locks at $100,000 instead, and on Instant products it locks for good the moment a payout is requested. Withdrawals count as a loss against that floor: on a $10,000 account grown to $11,000, a $950 reward leaves $50 of room.
How a 6% Intraday Trailing Drawdown Moves
Forex Fast on a $100,000 evaluation account.
For Traders Forex Fast, $100,000 evaluation
Daily drawdown is a fixed percentage of the initial balance, reset at midnight server time, GMT+3 in summer and GMT+2 in winter under clause 1.1.9 of the Terms, though the Help Center prints CE(S)T, an hour apart. The base is the higher of balance or equity at that reset on every plan except Fast Static, so unrealized profit open at midnight raises the next day’s floor. The profit target counts closed positions only. Drawdown counts the open ones too. The profitable-day count carries a threshold of its own, and the firm publishes two versions of it. The Help Center makes a day count when it books at least 0.5% of the starting balance, “regardless of the previous day’s performance”. T&C 1.1.15 defines the same term as an end-of-day balance at least 0.5% higher than the previous day. Those are different tests on a rule that decides who can request a reward, and the rulebook prints neither.
A third rule sits on top of both, on every forex Master account except Instant Pro. Under Drawdown Protection, a floating loss across open trades may not reach 2% of the starting balance. The first time it does, every open trade closes at market, the account stays live, and the profit split is cut to 50%. The second time, the account closes. The 2% trigger is on /our-rules. The 50% consequence appears in exactly one of 109 Help Center articles, and no expiry, reset or route back is documented anywhere. CryptoSlate has asked the firm.
A placement problem runs through all of it. On the configurator where a buyer picks a plan and pays, the panel for Forex Fast $6K shows Profit Target 9% and Profit Split 80% and stops. The 6% trailing maximum drawdown, the 3% daily drawdown and the payout cycle never appear. Every one is published elsewhere, on a drawdown badge on the pricing page, every plan row on /our-rules, two market pages and three Help Center articles, so what the checkout does is omit rather than conceal. The firm’s own forex page points buyers at that screen, in an answer about leverage: “The exact table for each plan is in the configurator above.”
Consistency Rule
Most evaluations set no consistency limit. Where one applies, the best single day’s profit must not exceed a set share of total profit: 20% on a Pay After Pass Master, 15% on Forex and Crypto Instant, 35% on Crypto Fast Pro, 40% on Futures Fast and Fast Pro. On forex and crypto it lands only after funding. On the two futures challenges it works the other way, binding during the evaluation and lifting once funded. Futures Instant has no evaluation and carries 15% on the funded account. A Help Center article says consistency applies only to Instant accounts, and the rulebook contradicts it on four programs.
News and Weekend Trading
Every evaluation allows news trading outright. Forex Master Accounts do not, and their plan rows read RESTRICTED: no new position may open within five minutes either side of a high-impact release. Crypto and futures Master Accounts are labeled ALLOWED and then print that same restrictive sentence directly beneath the label, six times across the page. The Help Center settles it in the collection that page links to: news restrictions are forex only, and crypto and futures accounts carry none. The contradiction sits on the rulebook page, and the answer is one click from it. Overnight and weekend holding is unrestricted everywhere, in evaluation and funded alike, and crypto has no weekend close to hold through.
Prohibited Strategies
Clauses 9.1 and 10.2 of the Terms designate /our-rules as the rulebook. Roughly 889 of its 970 lines are rule content, all of it numeric limits per plan, and it has no prohibited-practices section at all: no hold time, no HFT, no martingale, grid, copy-trading or EA policy, and no 40% margin rule. Those live in clause 11 and in two Help Center articles. The page does close with a line that reads “We value absolute transparency, please read our anti-gambling policy, trading conditions, and forbidden practices”, and the underlined part of it opens the Help Center collection that carries most of them. The rules a trader can be terminated for are mostly one click from the page that omits them, though the 40% margin rule appears in that collection only in the articles that disapply it, never as a limit with plans attached. The five-second minimum hold exists only in the Help Center, which states it covers all account types and exists to stop high-frequency trading. On 10 June 2026 a trader posted that a $1,611.72 reward was denied and the account terminated after 20 trades, 11.43% of that trader’s total, were held under the threshold. The firm’s public reply confirms the rule and says nothing about the amount, the trade count or the termination.
Clause 11.1 also bars taking more than 70% of the profit target from a single trade or from multiple trades on one symbol in one direction, and it appears on no rules page, product card or configurator screen, though the Help Center prints it repeatedly and works it through on a $100,000 account. That same article says the rule stopped applying to accounts bought on or after 8 June 2026, while the clause remains live in the published contract. Copy trading runs one way only, outbound permitted and inbound banned, which cannot be squared with the public FAQ answering that copying between your own For Traders accounts is allowed.

Marketing vs. Contract
Marketing language is checked against the terms that govern the selected program.
Restricted Countries
For Traders publishes three different restricted-country lists across four surfaces, and the differences are not cosmetic. The list governing signup is the country endpoint the site itself reads, and it blocks 13. Vietnam and the UAE are the only two entries the four surfaces disagree about, and they disagree in opposite directions. Vietnam is a Prohibited Jurisdiction under clause 1.1.18 of the Terms and is the only entry the contract carries that no other surface does — the firm’s own country list returns Vietnam as allowed, and the rewards page publishes a Vietnamese payout certificate. The United Arab Emirates runs the other way: blocked in the live system, listed in the Help Center, absent from the footer notice on every page. Dubai is where BLN Tech Club DMCC, the entity named for payment processing, is registered. A free-zone company that cannot sell into its home market is ordinary corporate structuring rather than a scandal, but nothing on the site explains the refusal to a trader there.

For Traders Pricing and Account Sizes
The 48 plans outside Pay After Pass charge a one-time fee, and the $23 list floor puts For Traders among the cheapest prop firm evaluations CryptoSlate rates. No plan bills a subscription and no reset product exists at any price, so a failed evaluation is rebought at full cost with no cheap retry. Three published routes bring the fee back, and all are narrow. Clause 15 of the Terms gives a consumer 14 days to withdraw and be refunded in full, where the contract is not for the supply of digital content, and the right ends the moment the first demo trade opens. The Help Center promises a full refund to a trader who cannot pass verification after two attempts. And on challenge routes the fee returns as a bonus attached to the fourth reward request, which excludes Instant and Pay After Pass, so a trader who takes three rewards and stops never sees it. Clause 5.3 writes the rest into the contract instead of leaving it unsaid: pick the wrong asset class at checkout and “No refunds or modifications will be provided for incorrect selections.”
Discounted prices below were verified on 2026-08-14, SUMMER2026 at 25% off and NEWINSTANT or NEWPRO at 50% where they reach.
For Traders Pay After Pass Explained
Pay After Pass adds a second charge, an activation fee of $189, $329 or $489 due on passing, and it is financing rather than a discount. Like for like, the firm’s own list totals of $218, $368 and $538 sit above Forex Fast at $179, $249 and $469 for the same sizes. The $9 promotional entry live on 2026-08-14 does not close the gap, and those totals of $198, $338 and $498 still sit above Fast. The extra buys a 2% profit target against Fast’s 9%, no profitable-day requirement, and a loss capped at the entry fee if the evaluation fails.

Commissions sit outside those tables: $3 per lot on forex and commodities, zero on indices, $25 per lot on crypto, 0.2% per futures order with a $3 minimum. That schedule appears in two Help Center articles, one of them promising “zero hidden costs”, and nowhere else. The word commission occurs in the entire contract once, inside a link to the European Commission. A trader who reads only the contract never sees a commission rate at all.
For Traders Payouts and Profit Split
Payout Terms
The first reward is gated on KYC through Veriff and signature on the Master Account agreement, not on registration, and it lands in an internal For Traders wallet before it reaches a bank. The buffer is the part that is never released. On Pay After Pass and Forex Instant, 3% of the starting balance must be maintained for the life of the account and is never cleared, so only profit above it is ever eligible. On Instant Pro the requirement is unsettled: the Help Center applies the same 3% buffer, every Instant Pro row in the plan catalog records none, and /our-rules omits it from the Instant Pro reward terms. Work it through on a $100,000 Forex Instant account grown to $110,000: $3,000 stays locked, $7,000 is eligible, and the 70% split pays $4,900 — 49% of the profit generated, before the withdrawal fee. Fast, Classic and Strike hold nothing back, so 80% there is the whole split, less the $25 or $50 the firm charges to move it out.
- Forex and Crypto Instant: split begins at 70% and increases five percentage points with each reward until 90%: 90%
- Forex Instant Pro: split begins at 60% and increases ten percentage points with each reward until 90%: 90%
Crypto Fast Pro is the 90% product, and its cycle cap climbs with use, though the bands the firm publishes overlap at both joins. The Help Center prints 3% of balance on rewards one to three, 5% on three to five and 10% from five on, which leaves the third reward and the fifth reward each sitting in two bands at once and neither cap settled. Clause 17.4 adds a $30,000 limit “per trade idea”, a unit the contract never defines. The Help Center explains “same trading idea” only inside the 70% rule it retired on 8 June 2026, and the explanation does not reconcile with the firm’s own per-cycle reward tables. Futures Fast Pro stops where other programs scale: five withdrawals total, a $2,000 breakeven gate before the first, then four capped at $250 to $1,200. The fifth is a Final Settlement, paying everything above $50,000, capped at $10,000. One article then says “the account status will be marked as ‘Breached’” and its companion says the account is “closed and marked as completed, with certificates issued”. Both stay published, so finishing the program as designed can leave a trader in the same recorded status as blowing a drawdown.
Verified Payout Evidence
CryptoSlate found no on-chain transfer and no registry record, and tested no payout. Every figure below is either the firm’s own or a trader’s report of one. The $10,019,432 total, the undated certificate wall and the 14-hour average are the firm’s own figures. The tagged certificates on X and Instagram are the firm’s own marketing arriving by another route: the logged-in Tasks board pays Credits and XP for posting one. A compensated certificate is evidence that a payout was claimed, not independent proof that funds arrived. What it cannot show is the approval rate, and For Traders never says how many funded traders asked, where Topstep publishes that 33.3% of them received one. Not one of roughly 80 trader sources describes invoking the 48-hour guarantee and being paid under it, and the silence is not evidence that anyone was refused.
Scaling Plan
Reaching 90% works differently on every product that offers it. Instant opens at 70% and adds 5 percentage points per reward. Instant Pro opens at 60% and adds 10. Crypto Fast Pro pays 90% from the first trade, under a cycle cap that opens at 3% of balance and reaches 10% from the fifth reward. On Classic and Fast Standard the split is bought outright in the configurator, from $15 on the $6,000 Classic to $137 on the $100,000, and the $6,000 Fast account cannot buy it at all. Seven of the 13 programs never reach 90% by any route. The ceiling itself is a Help Center number, and it is where the firm contradicts itself: /our-rules says the Instant Pro split rises “up to 100%” and the public FAQ says it starts at 80% and grows to 100%, against a 60% start in the plan catalog and a 90% ceiling in two Help Center articles.
The Loyalty Club runs separately on XP earned from purchases, passed phases and tasks, and XP decays with inactivity and can demote a tier. For Traders does not publish how much XP a purchase earns, so there is no way to say how many purchases reach a given tier. Its own marketing carousel shows an “Elite” member at 19,102 XP, a rank that does not exist in the published ladder.
| Tier | XP | Cashback | Profit Share | Allocation Growth |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1,000 | 1% | +1% | — |
| Rising Star | 2,000 | 1.5% | +2% | — |
| Pro | 10,000 | 2% | +4% | +2% |
| VIP | 50,000 | 2.5% | +5% | +5% |
| Legend | 100,000 | 3% | +10% | +10% |
Platforms and Trading Conditions
Which platforms a trader gets is set by the plan and, on three of them, by the account size too. There are four in all. MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker cover forex and crypto. cTrader is forex only and absent from the two smallest sizes of Fast, Classic and Strike, so a $6,000 Classic offers two platforms and a $25,000 Classic offers three, while all five Fast Static sizes carry it. Futures runs on For Traders X alone, the firm’s own futures-only platform, on web, iOS and Android with a built-in trading journal.
Forex
Spreads are raw. At 14:08 UTC on 2026-08-14, EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCHF, USDJPY and AUDUSD all showed 0.1, USDCAD 0.2, NZDUSD 0.3 and gold 0.42 — one moment in a liquid session, not an average, with silver at 11.0 in the same snapshot. Actual leverage is 1:125 during evaluation and 1:30 once funded, indices 1:20 to 1:10 and commodities 1:40 to 1:10. Fast Static holds a flat 1:20 throughout, the one program where funding leaves leverage alone. Funding still changes its news rule and adds Drawdown Protection.
Crypto
The crypto catalog runs to 74 pairs, trading 24/7 including weekends, at $25 per lot. Actual leverage is 1:5 on BTC and ETH and 1:2 on every other pair across Fast and Instant, and only Fast Pro reaches 1:20. That 1:2 figure on alts is low for the category, and it sets position size on two of the three crypto programs.
Futures
For Traders X, across CME, COMEX, CBOT and NYMEX, with ES, NQ, GC and CL among the contracts and a full micro suite alongside them. Market data is included at no charge and no futures plan charges an activation fee. Position limits run from 2 minis or 20 micros at $25K to 6 minis or 60 micros at $100K and do not change when the account is funded. Fast Pro at $50K allows 3 minis or 9 micros.
Is For Traders Legit and Safe?
For Traders is a live company, and it is unregulated, which is ordinary in this category and no mark against it. FT Trading Ltd., registered in Saint Lucia, provides the simulated trading platforms. BLN Tech Club DMCC, registered in Dubai under DMCC196633, sells the educational products and processes payments. The firm launched in 2023. In its own words it “does not provide investment services within the meaning of MIFID II” and “is not a licensed investment services provider”. Section 2 of the Terms disclaims investment services in general terms, so the position is stated in the binding document as well as on the public pages.
For Traders and Trustpilot
Trustpilot showed no rating for fortraders.com on 2026-08-14. Trustpilot’s own notice sits on the profile, saying the rating is unavailable following a breach of its guidelines, and a second panel says Trustpilot has removed a number of fake reviews for this company. Trustpilot does not say who wrote them. Negative reviews cluster in three places, all trader-reported: eight traders posting between 2025-04-23 and 2026-08-12 describe an account declared breached at or immediately after a reward request, six describe KYC rejection at the two-attempt cap with no manual review, and four describe denial following a verification call. The Help Center answers that second situation with a full refund to anyone who cannot pass KYC after two attempts, and none of the six mentions being offered one. Across nine comparison pages the firm quotes a live Trustpilot rating for eight named rivals while citing a third-party comparison site, 4.5 from 263 reviews, for itself on all nine. The ninth rival sits in the same unavailable state, so For Traders is not alone in it, though the other eight all carry a live rating.
For Traders Alternatives
For Traders competes on entry price, so the firms worth weighing against it either undercut that price or carry a record it cannot match. All three below trade forex, where For Traders sells all seven of its products, and all three are scored on the same weights as the prop firms CryptoSlate rates.
FTMO opens at €79 on its one-step route and returns the two-step fee whole once a trader is paid, which no For Traders plan does at any size. Its one-step fee is not refundable, so the comparison depends on which route a trader takes. The5ers starts at $19, holds its CFD drawdown floors still and scales to $4 million, which fits a trader who does not want a floor that follows the balance upward. Goat Funded Trader‘s $5 Pay Later entry is the cheapest of any firm CryptoSlate rates, and it returns the evaluation fee at the fourth payout, Pay Later included, forfeit if a trader fails before reaching it. For Traders runs the same fourth-reward return, and its own article names different exclusions in its prose and in its applicability list, so which accounts qualify is unsettled. What separates them is disclosure: For Traders publishes far more about how its accounts work.
Final Verdict
For Traders sells forex, crypto and futures evaluations across 13 programs and 51 plans, listed from $23 with no reset fee and no subscription. At the 14 August snapshot five major pairs quoted 0.1, USDCAD 0.2 and NZDUSD 0.3, and forex costs $3 a lot. It scores 6.3 across seven weighted pillars, with firm transparency lowest at 4.5 on an unpublished funded-account agreement, three conflicting country lists and a Trustpilot profile with no rating. The rules that close accounts also sit outside the page the contract designates as the rulebook, and one 2% floating-loss event can cut an 80% split to 50%.

Prop-firm fees are at risk, most participants do not reach a payout, and simulated funding does not necessarily represent live firm capital. This review is informational, not financial advice.

Scoring methodology
The overall score is calculated from seven fixed categories whose weights remain consistent across prop-firm reviews.
| Category | Weight | Assessment | Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Payout Reliability and Evidence | 25% | A missed 48-hour reward deadline pays that reward at 100%, and the contract carries no arbitration clause and no clawback. Every payout figure the firm publishes is its own. | 6.0 out of 10 |
| Rules Fairness and Transparency | 20% | The rulebook the Terms designate is 889 lines of numeric limits with no prohibited-practices section. The 5-second hold that closed an account sits only in the Help Center. | 5.5 out of 10 |
| Cost and Value | 15% | Entry at $23, no reset fee or subscription anywhere in the 51-plan catalog, and $3 a lot on forex with nothing on indices. No plan is refundable on passing. | 8.0 out of 10 |
| Trading Conditions | 15% | Five majors quoted at 0.1 raw in one liquid-session snapshot, 74 crypto pairs trading 24/7 and four platforms. Forex leverage drops from 1:125 to 1:30 once funded. | 8.0 out of 10 |
| Profit Split and Scaling | 10% | 80% is the default and seven of the 13 programs cannot reach 90% by any route. On a forex Master account one 2% floating-loss event cuts the split to 50%. | 6.0 out of 10 |
| Firm Transparency and Stability | 10% | Both entities, both jurisdictions and the unregulated status are published. The funded-stage agreement is not, and clause 6.4 still reads "[X] days" on a forfeiting deadline. | 4.5 out of 10 |
| Support and Reputation | 5% | 109 Help Center articles answer most questions before support has to. Trustpilot shows no rating for the firm, which quotes live Trustpilot scores for eight named rivals. | 5.0 out of 10 |
| Weighted total | 6.3 out of 10 | ||
Weights are site-wide and the method behind every CryptoSlate score is published in full. Scores come from our own testing and research, not from the firm’s marketing, and a discount never moves a score. A credited firm promise is named as one. The payout pillar was calibrated against six competitor contracts, so category-common clauses were not scored as defects: discretionary payment, rejection after passing, retrospective review, offshore incorporation and no regulator. Rules fairness and firm transparency are scored on published surfaces alone, because the funded-account agreement is not published.
FAQ
For Traders FAQs
Is For Traders legit?
For Traders is a live company founded in 2023, trading through FT Trading Ltd. in Saint Lucia and BLN Tech Club DMCC in Dubai, and it states plainly that it is unregulated and not a licensed investment services provider. That is normal for prop firms, because the capital is simulated and the firm holds no trader deposits.
How long do For Traders payouts take?
The firm advertises a reward within 48 hours or a 100% profit split, and states a 14-hour average. Its own published conditions limit the guarantee to business days and exclude requests that need a verification call. Across roughly 80 trader sources, no one describes invoking the guarantee and being paid.
What is For Traders Pay After Pass?
A forex program with a small entry fee and an activation fee of $189 to $489 charged once you pass. Together they cost more than buying Forex Fast outright, so it finances the fee instead of cutting it. What it buys is a 2% profit target against Fast’s 9%.
Does For Traders have a Trustpilot rating?
No score is available. Checked on 14 August 2026, Trustpilot itself says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines, and a separate Trustpilot panel states it removed a number of fake reviews for the company. Who wrote those reviews is not stated. Individual reviews stay readable.
What happens if you hit the drawdown at For Traders?
The account closes. Every plan treats the maximum drawdown as a hard breach, with no soft breach and no documented reset path. The daily loss limit counts open and closed positions and resets at midnight on server time, GMT+3 in summer. On trailing plans the floor rises with the balance and locks once it reaches the starting balance.
Which countries does For Traders restrict?
The live signup system blocks 13: Bangladesh, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Sudan, Syria and the United Arab Emirates. The site footer names 12, omitting the UAE, and adds Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk. Vietnam is prohibited under Terms clause 1.1.18 and is not blocked anywhere else.
How much does For Traders cost?
List prices run from $23 to $878. No plan carries a subscription or a reset fee, and none is refundable on passing. Only Pay After Pass adds an activation fee. Three narrow refunds exist: a failed KYC, a 14-day withdrawal where the contract is not the supply of digital content, and a fee-equal bonus at the fourth reward request.
Can you use EAs and copy trading at For Traders?
Only in support of your own decisions. The Help Center bars software that opens, runs or closes a position by itself, and bars copying in from a signal service or another trader. Copying out to accounts you hold elsewhere is permitted. The public FAQ answers both questions more loosely than the rules do.
