Thailand's SEC has accused Zipmex and its CEO Eklarp Yimwilai of failing to submit complete information about transactions and wallets holding customers' asset prior to withdrawal freeze.

The lender, which returned all SOL, XRP and ADA tokens to users over the past week, will allow withdrawal of up to 0.0045 BTC from Aug. 16.

Zipmex said that it is working to recover funds from Babel Finance and has signed a MOU with two investors to fully re-enable withdrawals.

Users affected by Zipmex’s withdrawal freeze were requested to provide feedback to Thailand's SEC, as Zipmex faces a liquidity crisis from exposure to Celsius and Babel Finance.

In a now deleted stated, Zipmex said its exposure to Babel Finance was $48 million while that to Celsius Network was $5 million.
