
Genesis aims to close a deal with creditors
Genesis has "confidence" it can resolve disputes with creditors this week. The lender is looking to exit bankruptcy by May 19.

The Special Commission bill was filed on the same day as another bill related to increasing consumer protection against crypto exchanges.

Cameron Winklevoss argued that Genesis' bankruptcy does not insulate Barry Silbert or DCG from accountability.
