The cryptocurrency market cap saw net outflows of $17.26 billion over the past 24 hours, pushing the total to $980.76 billion from $998.02 billion as of press time. The market cap fell by 1.68% over the last 24 hours.

Over the reporting period, Bitcoin and Ethereum market cap decreased by 1.84% and 2.73% to $388.13 billion and $184.45 billion, respectively.

All crypto assets in the top 10 cryptocurrencies recorded losses over the reporting period, except Dogecoin, which is up 5.64%. Bitcoin and Ethereum are both down over 2%.

The market cap of Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC) slightly increased to $68.89 billion and $43.98 billion, respectively. Meanwhile, BinanceUSD (BUSD) market cap decreased to $21.57 billion.

Bitcoin

Bitcoin price fell by 2.07% to trade at $20,199 as of 06:30 ET. Its market dominance also decreased to 39.5% over the reporting period.

BTC printed two huge red candles around 15:00 UTC, which sent its value tumbling toward $20,200 from over $20,500. However, the flagship digital asset traded above the $20,000 mark for the rest of the day.

Ethereum

Ethereum decreased by 2.79% in the last 24 hours, exchanging hands for $1,506 as of 06:30 ET. Its market dominance also fell to 18.8% as of press time.

Like BTC, ETH printed a substantial red candle around 15:00 UTC, which sent its price to $1510. The asset briefly traded under the $1500 mark but quickly recovered above it again.

Top 5 Gainers

Fruits

FRTS is the biggest gainer over the reporting period, rising 34.38% to $0.12 as of press time. It was unclear why the charity protocol token’s value rose as of press time. Its market cap stood at $246.15 million.

Osmosis

OSMO is the native token of an AMM DEX on the Cosmos blockchain. The token’s value increased by 32.49% to $1.71 as of press time, following Binance decision to list it in its innovation zone. Its market cap stood at $481.34 million.

TerraUSD

USTC is on the top gainer’s list again after rising by 12.93% in the last 24 hours to $0.042 as of press time. The failed stablecoin community has increased talks about helping it to regain its peg against the US Dollar.

Ocean Protocol

OCEAN’s value grew by 11.01% to $0.19 in the last 24 hours. The file-sharing blockchain network is up 21% on the seven days metrics. Its market cap stood at $114.4 million.

CEEK VR

CEEK rose 10.36% in the last 24 hours to trade at $0.14 at press time. The virtual reality-linked token had increased by 15.6% in the previous seven days. Its market cap stood at $116.81 million.

WEMIX  is the day’s biggest loser for the second consecutive day. It lost 13.79% of its value to trade at $1.28 as of press time. The gaming dApps platform is down over 28% in the last 30 days. Its market cap stood at $407.03 million.

Aptos

The newly launched layer1 blockchain is back among the top losers. Its token fell 13.07% over the reporting period, trading at $8.09 as of press time. Its market cap stood at $1.05 billion.

Toncoin

After enjoying a solid positive run over the past week, TON is down 12.47% in the last 24 hours, trading for $1.66 as of press time. Its market cap stood at $2.02 billion.

Synapse
