Over the last 24 hours, the cryptocurrency market cap saw net outflows of $1.08 billion and currently stands at $811.42 billion — down 0.13%.
Bitcoin’s market cap fell 0.2% to $324.13 billion. In contrast, Ethereum’s market cap grew 0.2% to $149.11 billion.
The top 10 cryptocurrencies posted a mixed performance over the last 24 hours. Dogecoin recorded the most significant gains, up 4.4%. Meanwhile, BNB posted the worst performance, down 1.2%.
Over the reporting period, the market caps of Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), and BinanceUSD (BUSD) all recorded marginal decreases to $66.25 billion, $44.30 billion, and $18.02 billion, respectively.
Bitcoin
Over the last 24 hours, Bitcoin fell 0.2% to trade at $16,848 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance fell slightly to 39.9% from 40.0%.
BTC peaked at $16,920 yesterday morning (ET) during the reporting period. The leading cryptocurrency has since been ranging between $16,730 and $16,869.
Ethereum
Ethereum recorded a gain of 0.2% over the last 24 hours to trade at $1,218 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance grew slightly to 18.4% from 18.3% over the reporting period.
Since the previous report, ETH recorded a $1,224 top on Wednesday morning (ET). This was followed by a ranging pattern between $1,207 and $1,222.
