The Company Behind Betpanda
Betpanda's terms name Star Bright Media S.R.L., a limited liability company organized under the laws of Costa Rica, as the entity providing the service. Costa Rica supplies the corporate seat only — the country has no licensing regime for online casinos, so registration there carries no gaming regulator with it. Star Bright Media is not a single-brand operation either: the Anjouan Gaming Authority's public register records Star Bright Media SRL as the company behind punkz.casino, casinopunkz.io, and a cluster of related Punkz domains, meaning the same Costa Rican entity runs at least one other casino brand. Betpanda itself has kept its name since launch; only the web address changed when the site moved from betpanda.io to betpandacasino.io.
Licensing Record
Betpanda has never published a licence number, and its own terms state that the service does not operate under any domestic licensing regime. Star Bright Media SRL does hold a licence — the Anjouan register shows B2C licence ALSI-202408063-FI3 issued to the company on 29 August 2024, valid through 28 August 2026 — but every domain recorded under it belongs to the Punkz brand.
