CasinOK is one brand in a wider portfolio: the same company operates Jackbit, Freshbet, and 20Bets, and CasinOK joined the group in early 2025 as its newest casino. There has been no rebrand or operator change since launch — the site has run under Ryker B.V. from day one.
Licensing
Ryker B.V. holds license OGL/2024/1800/1049 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, granted on August 14, 2024 under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (P.B. 2024, no. 157) — the legislation that replaced the island's former master-license regime. The CGA's public Certificate of Operation lists the license as Active, which places CasinOK in the same regulatory bracket as other Curaçao crypto casinos supervised by the reformed authority. Because CasinOK launched after the new framework took effect, it has never operated under the older sub-license structure.
One regulatory action against the company is on record: on September 9, 2025, Sweden's gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen, banned Ryker B.V. from directing gambling at Swedish players.
