OneFunded is the trading name of Brynex Tech Limited, incorporated in England on 27 August 2024 with a registered office on Shelton Street, London. Anna Mohammad has been its sole director since incorporation and is the only person with significant control, holding at least 75% of the shares and voting rights. Oleh Sazanskyi held that control until August 2025.
Companies House shows the company active, with accounts and a confirmation statement filed and no charges or strike-off action recorded. Contracts run under English law with exclusive English jurisdiction, and a Saint Lucia company, OneFunded Capital Ltd, is separately named as serving MetaTrader 5 traders. The business formerly operated as PROP365, and announced the acquisition of FXCI in November 2025, though public filings do not establish the structure of that deal.
