WaldenPay Card About

WaldenPay is a no-KYC prepaid virtual card that you fund with crypto, run by BlueHouse Software B.V. in the Netherlands.

How the WaldenPay card works

WaldenPay provides a virtual card and an account dashboard for spending funds deposited as cryptocurrency. A user registers, obtains the appropriate deposit address for a supported asset and blockchain network, and sends funds from a wallet or exchange. WaldenPay says the deposit is converted to a US dollar balance when the card is loaded. Card payments then use conventional card-network rails rather than sending cryptocurrency directly to the merchant. This distinction matters because a blockchain transfer, card load, and purchase are separate transactions with different fees and approval rules.

The product has no physical card offering on the public pages reviewed. Account holders can use virtual card details for online purchases and, where supported, add a card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for contactless payments. WaldenPay also offers a web dashboard and a Telegram bot for card management, balance checks, deposits, and notifications. The operator advertises access to multiple cryptocurrencies and networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, TRON, USDT, and USDC. Users should confirm the currently supported asset and network in their account before sending funds to a deposit address.

Transfers and payment collection

WaldenPay includes a Send to Friend function for transfers between account holders. The sender uses the recipient's email address, and the operator describes the payment as an internal ledger transfer rather than a new blockchain transaction. Its Collect Payments function lets an account holder create a payment request as a link or QR code. A payer can use a supported cryptocurrency without opening a WaldenPay account. WaldenPay says the recipient receives the requested US dollar amount in their account wallet. Both functions have published transaction limits and conditions that users should check before use.

These features make the platform relevant to individuals who hold digital assets and to freelancers or businesses that receive crypto payments but have expenses payable through card networks. WaldenPay also promotes card use for online subscriptions and advertising. Acceptance by a card network does not ensure that every merchant, subscription, or advertising platform will approve a specific prepaid-card transaction. Account balance, merchant rules, location, and issuer controls can affect payment approval.

Costs and access

WaldenPay's public pricing page listed a one-time card issuance charge and a percentage fee for loading a card when checked in September 2026. It also described volume-based reductions to the load fee and no monthly maintenance charge. Blockchain network fees are separate. For payment requests, WaldenPay says the payer covers a conversion fee. Exact fees, minimums, and transaction limits are time-sensitive and should be checked against the current pricing page and account terms before a deposit is made.

WaldenPay's availability page lists restricted jurisdictions and states that access elsewhere remains subject to onboarding, eligibility checks, regulatory requirements, and partner availability. Its terms require users to be at least 18. The service's email-based registration should not be interpreted as a guarantee that identity checks will never apply. Merchant reach also differs from eligibility to obtain a card. A prospective user should confirm that the card program supports their jurisdiction and intended use before funding an account.

Operator and service model

WaldenPay identifies BlueHouse Software B.V., a Netherlands-registered company, as the platform operator. It states that WaldenPay is not a bank and that payment cards, custody, conversion, and related services may be supplied through third-party partners. The public pages reviewed do not establish the specific card issuer for every jurisdiction. WaldenPay's product launch date also remains unverified. These distinctions help separate the product's own functions and availability from the location and history of its operator.
