AquaFunded About

AquaFunded runs funded CFD and futures accounts across ten CFD models and five futures sub-categories. Two entities carry the business: Aqua Funded FZCO in Dubai Silicon Oasis does the marketing and states it carries out no regulated activities, while AquaFunded LTD, a Saint Lucia corporation registered as 2004-00597, provides the simulated trading service. It has traded since 2023. CFD accounts run from $2,500 to $400,000 with fees from $29, futures from $25,000 to $150,000 with fees from $83, and the base profit split is 90%. US traders are accepted.

Where AquaFunded sits

The gap between this firm's front page and its own documentation is the most useful thing to understand about it. The public rules page states that maximum drawdown is 8% of the initial balance, fixed. That describes 2-Step Standard and 3-Step accurately and describes no other model — six of the ten CFD models trail against your highest balance instead, including 2-Step Pro, one of the lowest-priced evaluations on the site. CFD Instant Standard has no maximum loss published anywhere. None of this is hidden, but the version a trader meets first is consistently the more generous one. How that compares across the category is set out at every prop firm CryptoSlate scores, with the futures side at how futures loss floors actually work and the CFD side at the CFD firms compared side by side.

Risk disclosure

Proprietary trading carries substantial risk. Evaluation fees are non-refundable service charges rather than deposits, they are not client funds, and the fee returns only on a fourth successful payout. Every account is simulated and no order reaches a market. Nothing here is financial advice.
