CryptoSlate is one of the most established names in crypto media and data. The site combines real-time crypto news, market data, and a growing portfolio of comparison and review products across exchanges, casinos, sportsbooks, sweepstakes, and other commercial verticals.
CryptoSlate sits at the intersection of editorial authority, data, SEO, and product-led growth. The opportunity now is to make the product layer faster, sharper, and more commercially effective: better user journeys, cleaner comparison tools, better review experiences, tighter data flows, and features that help readers make decisions with confidence.
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Product to own CryptoSlate’s roadmap from strategy through release.
You will turn business goals, competitor gaps, SEO opportunities, editorial needs, and user behavior into a clear product backlog. You will work closely with engineering, design, content, SEO, and business development to decide what we build, why it matters, when it ships, and how we measure whether it worked.
This is not a management-only product role. You should be comfortable setting direction, but also writing tickets, defining acceptance criteria, reviewing flows, checking analytics, sitting in QA, and pushing releases over the line.
The right person already understands crypto, fintech, and performance-led digital products. You will not need a long ramp on the market, the users, or why speed, accuracy, compliance sensitivity, and conversion all matter here.
You will join a small, senior team where everyone ships. There is little bureaucracy, but there is a high bar for clarity, pace, and ownership.
You will own the product vision and roadmap for CryptoSlate’s web platform and commercial product verticals. That includes review pages, comparison experiences, ranking pages, market-data surfaces, affiliate funnels, CMS workflows, internal tooling, and the product features that support editorial, SEO, and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for making sure important work moves from idea to production without losing quality.
CryptoSlate’s product roadmap needs to connect directly to revenue, search demand, and user trust.
You will define what success means before the team builds.
We run lean, so product operations matter.
Deal-breakers
You should have:
This is not a corporate product role with layers of analysts, project managers, and delivery leads around you.
It is not a pure strategy role where you hand off ideas and step away.
It is not a feature-factory role where every stakeholder request gets built.
You will need to think commercially, write clearly, prioritize hard, work directly with engineering, and stay close enough to the details to know whether the thing we shipped is actually good.
The biggest thing we offer isn’t a list of perks, it’s that you will get better here. That has always been the promise, and it is why the people who come and build with us leave sharper than they arrived. We train constantly, review each other’s work, and grow as a team rather than in silos. Come here to be materially better at what you do a year from now than you are today.
Our culture is simple: work hard, play hard. We push and hold a high bar when it counts, and we genuinely enjoy the work, and each other, the rest of the time.
These are the values we actually run on:
Send a short fit note, two or three measurable product wins, one product artifact, and one CryptoSlate improvement idea.
Join a short call so we can learn about your background, product judgment, working style, and fit for the role.
Complete a short paid task that mirrors the roadmap, specification, prioritization, and delivery work you would own here.
Meet the people you would work with and learn how the team collaborates, reviews work, and makes decisions.
If both sides see a fit, we will make an offer and align on scope, timing, and next steps.
Turn clear priorities into shipped products, measurable growth, and stronger user journeys.
