Neil Mullins is the CEO of Mojito, the leading Web3 engagement platform helping brands build connected digital communities through tokenized loyalty, marketplaces, and immersive experiences. With more than 15 years of experience building consumer-facing products, Neil has worked across industries, from DTC and fashion to healthcare and art tech, bringing together engineering, strategy, and storytelling to launch tools people actually use. Prior to Mojito, Neil was part of the founding team at Pattern Brands and a longtime engineering leader at Gin Lane, where he helped scale companies like Sweetgreen, Hims, Harry’s, and others now collectively worth over $10 billion. His career has spanned everything from writing a children’s book to launching brands from scratch, giving him a unique lens on what drives connection, retention, and long-term value. At Mojito, Neil now leads the development of next-gen loyalty infrastructure for Web3-native and traditional brands alike, with a focus on seamless UX, real utility, and long-term community growth.
