Adam Berker is a Senior Legal Counsel at the global payments platform Mercuryo. Mr. Berker has extensive experience in providing full legal support to the holding company with subsidiaries in 4 jurisdictions for conducting its activity in the EU, UK, US, Latin America, Africa and Asia. Adam has prepared an extensive study of the global regulation of cryptocurrency licensing and AML legislation, having made deep dive into regulations of 22 countries that’s why he is deeply involved in the sphere. Adam Berker received a bachelor’s degree in International Private and Civil Law in 2018 and a master’s degree in European Union Law from the State Institute of International Relations.
