Nocturne Card About

Nocturne Card is a crypto-funded virtual prepaid card service operated by Noctavel LLC. Through a browser dashboard, users convert Bitcoin, Ether, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, or Monero into a US dollar spending balance and load virtual cards for purchases and subscriptions.

The lineup includes Shadow, Aurora, and Eclipse. Shadow supports Google Pay, while Aurora also supports Apple Pay, subject to wallet eligibility. Eclipse is designed for advertising and related digital spending. Users can create, load, freeze, and close cards from the dashboard without installing a native app.

Third-party financial institutions issue the cards. Card creation, deposits, and loading carry fees that vary by product and activity. The spending balance cannot be withdrawn as cryptocurrency or cash, and ATM withdrawals are unavailable. Users must be at least 18, with access subject to jurisdiction, onboarding, and issuing-partner requirements. Although registration is offered without document uploads, the terms allow identity checks and compliance reviews in specified circumstances.
