Six entity strings span four jurisdictions across the firm materials, and two of those registrations could be checked against a public register.
The business has been visible since October 2023 and gives its address as Dubai Digital Park, in Dubai Silicon Oasis. No regulator supervises it and it holds no financial license, which is the norm across proprietary trading firms. Founders and advisors are named publicly, though the review record does not establish who currently owns or runs the company.
