BingX About

BingX is a centralized cryptocurrency and multi-asset trading platform founded in 2018. The business initially operated under the Bingbon name before adopting BingX in November 2021. Its current website positions copy trading as a core feature and advertises more than 1,100 trading pairs. The official materials reviewed do not identify a founder or parent company, and they do not state a single global headquarters.

The platform supports spot trading and conversion, USDT-, USDC- and coin-margined perpetual futures, standard futures, spot and futures copy trading, grid and other automated strategies, demo trading, APIs, and VIP services. Its wealth products include flexible earning options, loans, and dual investment, while BingX TradFi gives eligible users access to instruments linked to stocks, commodities, foreign exchange, and indices. Fiat access is available through P2P trading, card purchases, bank deposits, and third-party payment providers, subject to country, currency, and product availability. Regulation and Corporate Structure

BingX’s Customer Agreement names Nieve Cruz PA Corporation as the contracting company for the global platform. An official corporate notice states that the entity was registered with Panama’s Public Registry on March 11, 2025. This is a corporate registration and should not be treated as evidence that BingX holds a Panamanian crypto-exchange license. In its latest official MiCAR update, dated June 16, 2026, BingX EU said it had applied to Austria’s Financial Market Authority for authorization as a crypto-asset service provider. No MiCAR authorization had been granted at that date. Services and eligibility therefore vary by jurisdiction.

Security and Custody

BingX says it uses a tiered cold, warm, and hot-wallet architecture, multi-signature authorization, real-time risk monitoring, and regular third-party security assessments. Its Proof of Reserves program publishes monthly Merkle-tree snapshots, and the company reported reserve ratios above 100% for BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC in July 2026. BingX also advertises a US$150 million Shield Fund and ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS 4.0.1 certifications. In September 2024, the exchange disclosed an unauthorized intrusion affecting one hot wallet. Deposits and withdrawals were temporarily suspended; BingX said most assets remained in cold storage and customer balances were not impaired before normal services were restored.
