Greg Solano

Greg Solano, aka “Carga”, is the co-founder of Yuga Labs, the home of Bored Ape Yacht Club, Cryptopunks, Meebits, Otherside, and more. He works as an editor and book critic on a few literary websites and he co-wrote a World of Warcraft book with one of the game’s designers.

Prior to launching Yuga Labs, Greg worked in the publishing industry as an author and literary critic. In 2017, Greg shifted his sights to cryptocurrency, eventually co-founding Yuga Labs in 2021. Since founding, Yuga Labs has evolved from a NFT collectible company to a larger Web3 ecosystem by pushing the boundaries of ownership and identity. Yuga Labs has grown into a $4 billion company raising more than $450M in funding to date.
