Ebru Güven

Ebru Güven started her professional banking career in 1997, and until May of 2018 worked in high-level positions in corporate banking of reputable banking institutions in Turkey. She was the head of a retail branch in İstanbul when she first came across blockchain.

Inspired by the technology she decided to get actively involved in the community, and in 2018 Ebru ended her career as a banking professional to participate in an ITO Project as the CFO. That’s when she met Basak Burcu Yigit and founded the Istanbul Blockchain Women Platform.

As a consultant, Ebru advises banks and corporations on various technical topics, she also works with a number of ICO, ITO and blockchain projects within Tim Consulting.
