Ruden Holding is a Japanese real estate company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, has acknowledged that blockchain technology has the potential to transform the real estate industry and generate electronic records for real estate registration, management and transactions in a more efficient and safer way.

1. Sam Lee – Founder & CEO of Blockchain Global Limited
Sam Lee is the founder and CEO of Blockchain Global Limited, a profitable technology company with AU$5.9 million in revenue in FY2016. In addition to operating blockchain auditing hardware that has produced over 20,000 Bitcoins to date, the company has Blockchain Technology Management Consulting capabilities and have incubated startups such as www.ACX.io, Australia’s largest Bitcoin Exchange.
With Blockchain Technology poised to disintermediate middlemen on a global scale, Sam through his company applies knowledge and know how to help process, verify and settle transactions on the Blockchain, to reduced friction, fraud and ultimately cost for any company that interfaces with technology.
As an industry leader, Sam founded the Melbourne Blockchain Centre and the Bitcoin/Blockchain Melbourne Meetups. He is a frequent speaker, having delivered presentations as a subject matter expert at the Blockchain Summit and Governance Institute of Australia Forum among others and been interviewed on CNBC, BBC, Sky News and RT.
2. Jackie Hai, Chief Technology Officer
Jackie Hai has 9 years’ experience of Software Development on Commodity Trading System and AWS Cloud Hosting at Glencore (LON: GLEN).
He is the Head of IT of Blockchain Global Limited and has led Blockchain Global’s IT Department to work on blockchain and crypto-based projects, such as Australia’s ACX.IO Crypto Exchange (one of the largest crypto exchanges in Australia), Taiwan’s TWCX.IO Crypto Exchange, and FutureICO (a platform which allows its users to conduct ICOs, pre-ICOs, crowdfunding and crowd investing campaigns).
With solid technical blockchain and smart contract development skills, Jackie will join Ruden SG as CTO and will be responsible for all Ruden’s real estate blockchain platform development.
